We reserve the right to cancel the entire expedition if we do not reach the minimum requirement of
people by the date your balance payment is due. If we cancel, we will return all the money you have paidPASSPORTS VISAS
AND HEALTH
It is your own responsibility to check that your passport, Visa or health certificates are in order. We cannot
accept any responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through irregularities in your documents.
FLIGHT DELAYS
We cannot accept any liability for any delay in your outward or return flights, whether airline rescheduling, the weather,
industrial action or mechanical failure causes the cancellation or delay. We will give no refunds for lost time on the itinerary.
The price of your holiday is guaranteed against currency surcharges, except where otherwise stated. However we reserve the right
to increase the price of your holiday if the airfare used in our costing is substantially increased by the airline concerned.
We will absorb any increase up to 2% of the holiday price and the whole increase that occurs less than 30 days before departure.
If you do not accept the new price you will be entitled to cancel your booking with a full refund providing that you do so within
14 days of the issue of the invoice.
LIABILITY
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your baggage,
or for your illness or injury when on holiday unless it can be shown that we are at fault. We do not accept responsibility for
any damage/injury caused, which arise from events / circumstances, which are outside our control and could not be reasonably
anticipated. You are reminded that the mountains and the jungle are hostile environments and therefore an element of
danger is involved. By the very nature of the course / trek there is a risk in taking part.
We also cannot accept
responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control such as strikes, riots, war, government
action, or what is commonly termed “force majeure”
INSURANCE
Travel insurance is compulsory for all clients
travelling with Adventure Expeditions. This insurance must cover personal accident, medical expenses and repatriation.
Clients are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance and should ensure that they are covered for the full duration
of the expedition.
EXPEDITION AUTHORITY
At all times the authority of your guide or leader will be final when
concerning matters likely to endanger your safety and others on the expedition. You must always comply with local law, customs
and drug regulations of the countries you are visiting. Failure to do so may lead to you being asked to leave the expedition,
without recourse to any refund or to any claim against the company.
